It uses the Defining Issues Test designed by James Rest of the University of Minnesota as an instrument.  The research finds no persons operating at post-conventional stages and 95.5 percent at the conventional stages.  Average P score is 52.3.  The author believes that the results would be similar in most institutions. Historical research on infant communion is applied to the practice of communing persons who are profoundly mentally retarded.  From the applied research a sound theological rationale for administering communion to persons who are profoundly mentally retarded is developed. Research included the reading of relevant books, the administration of a questionnaire and interviews and the use of inventive  instruments. Trainings given to the laity and their reflections and opinions helped actualize the project.  Consultations and studies with the professional pastors played a vital role in the work.  The project removed many of the doubts of the laity regarding their roles in their churches.  It also moved the pastors to accommodate their laity in church ministry. The library staff made a library holdings list.  They collected information from local media sources and put this in a media list for faculty use.  The library bought, borrowed and produced media for faculty and made long range buying plans.  A workshop was held to train faculty in the coordination of audio-visual media with curriculum and in the hands-on use of equipment. Faculty members said the project met their audio-visual media needs. The author selected eight people from the church for training and sought to inculcate within them the need to do personal evangelism. The trainees were required to participate in three field practices: people search visits, street evangelism and home visits.  Eight persons also were recruited as members of a control group.  They filled out the same questionnaires taken by the trainees before and after training. Storytelling workshops were conducted in which the participants learned biblical stories, reflected theologically about those stories and related the stories to their personal lives. It concentrated on the way situations of conflict are handled within those relationships.  A context was created in which four family groups could examine their relationship and analyze their interactions and the effect their behavior had on family life. Participants engaged in a variety of experiences over seven sessions while using such analytical tools as the Thomas-Kihlmann Conflict Mode instrument. The hypothesis was that youth perceptions of a local congregation will change measurably if personal needs assessment, coordination of youth activities and establishment of a central youth forum are undertaken by the leadership on behalf of young people.  The project involved five distinct methods: 1) a needs assessment, 2) the recruiting of volunteers, 3) the preparation of the volunteers for ministry, 4) the development of a youth council, 5) an evaluation of effectiveness.  Pre- and post-project evaluation showed that youth perceptions of the parish became more 'positive'.
