Recorded interviews with staff members and those who share in the various ministries provide the foundation for the analysis. A five step procedure includes: an adult education program; the training of volunteers; the formation of a cable television committee; viewer identification and needs assessment; and production of four television programs over a one year period.  Evaluation by a team of viewers, producers, and committee members indicates that the procedure is effective, with the exception of the fourth step.  The place of humblecasting in the life of the church is considered. The methodology was to research homiletical principles of application, preach sermons utilizing these principles, and to co-teach a Sunday School class on 'How to get more out of a sermon' which served as the feedback group. Mission work began in 1897, but after 90 years the Argentina Alliance consisted of only about 4,000 believers.  The project attempts to provide a comprehensive history of which will give the members of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Argentina a sense of their identity.  The project also examined and critiqued those factors which affected church growth positively and negatively. Research included examination of all pertinent books, articles, correspondence, and reports.  In addition, interviews of many church leaders and questionnaires sent to dozens of Alliance leaders past and present, were utilized. The nature of volunteerism and the theological basis for ministry were researched.  The project involved a two-sided emphasis.  First, a computerized ministry file was developed for aiding church leaders in discovering available volunteers.  Secondly, a ministries notebook was developed to aid potential volunteers in discovering available ministry positions.  A procedure was implemented for the use of both tools.
