The method which this project follows is experiential and mystagogical.  The project concludes that significant growth in spiritual formation can and does take place in the worship service. Second, initial responses of long-time members differed significantly from initial resonses of 'beginners in faith'. Third, lay leaders often carry leadership burdens which sometimes hinder their ability to participate fully in worship.  Fourth, the person of the pastor plays a large role in the spiritual formation of the congregation. Korea has a rich cultural background with diverse, excellent artistic achievements.  Yet many Christian artists still are holding a conservative attitude influenced by Western thought patterns.  It is time to de-westernize Christian art in Korea. Research was conducted using a questionnaire for two groups of juveniles: one having absent fathers and the other living with fathers.  Pastors were interviewed whose churches have youths with absent fathers. A resultant question is raised: if the early church did express a messianic self-awareness, how should the contemporary church be influenced by the idea of an 'annointed' or messianic ministry in terms of preaching and community?  The method of study is to become conversant with the messianic antecedents found in the Old Testament and late Judaism. Attention is then turned to Jesus and the Synoptics as both re-interpreting the emerging messianic ideas.  Messianic preaching today incorporates both speaker and hearer into the messianic continuum. The primary resources for this study are the life stories collected by interviews.  Ministry through stories helps people to discover their own important stories and find their own spiritual journey.  The ministry of sharing stories is a very loving and joyful process. This genre revealed dramatic limitations which led to the writing of a seventh, much longer drama which added a narrator and bit parts.
