The biblical foundations, plans, and practices lead the church forward in the journey. Following this journey at the United Methodist Temple Church in Clarksburg, West Virginia, worship has grown by fifty per cent and of new members received over half are new Christians.  Eight new ministries have been formed. This workbook uses study, reflection and application in shaping the ministry of Christian stewardship as a vital part of congregational life.  The methodology grew out of biblical study and reflection on the role of the steward.  Emphasis is placed on Christian stewardship as a way of living centered upon being obedient to the reign of God.  Chapters include the stewardship of creation, finances, possessions, ourselves and our gifts.
