A lay task force developed the theology and strategy.  Implementation began with a fourteen-week seminar encouraging increased awareness and appreciation for personality and gifts as part of one's calling.  The MBTI helped people discover their personality gifts. The results of the study indicate that how clients perceive the pastoral aspect of their counseling has bearing on how they experience satisfaction with their counseling. The conclusions of the study were that these pastors have a strong sense of call, have a strong relationship with their ecclesiastical body, and do their specialized ministry as a continuing incarnation of Christ.  These specialists do not decrease in pastoral identity while in specialized ministry. The result is that if one believes that the Spirit of God is so important in the preaching event, how does one teach preaching to seminary students? Research indicated significant experience of positive collegial relationships with male and female peers and supervisors.  Women most active in the Association indicated the greatest positive experience and the highest level of concern about collegial issues.
