Stepfamily adults gathered to form a support group dealing with loyalty conflicts, ex-spousal issues, discipline, strengthening the marriage relationship and others. Important to the course is the Bible study material relating to the subject matter being discussed. While most stress management procedures were developed by medical professionals, the spiritual aspect of healing has not been fully explored or addressed. Exploring, formulating and implementing a biblically based stress management procedure was the heart of this project. Using a qualitative method, caregivers shared their stories answering the question: What were the experiences of 'burnout' which contributed to developing codependent moments in your caregiving relations? Codependent moments are defined as those moments when the caregiver is disabled by the issues shared by the person seeking care. There are three dimensions: church, as a sacramental worship 'koinonia'; mission, as an aggressive outreach ministry through the cultural, ethnic, and religious barriers; and education center (academy), as a deep source for theological training, equipping and researching tools for effective Christian service all across the country.  This work presents a strategic model for future development as well as a theological and practical base for multiple church activities, missions strategy and Christian education orientation. Results show that a model similar to that of the apostolic church works well in Russia today. A worship team made up of Lakeland members created drama and media-augmentation for a series of sermons preached by the pastor.  The project revealed that drama and media-augmentation inserted into a sermon captured the congregation's attention and increased the congregation's ability to listen to the message.
