The author researched the biblical and theological foundations that mandate assimilation while analyzing the sociological barriers and cultural trends that impede assimilation. based on that knowledge, he then developed and implemented a comprehensive assimilation strategy. The four-step assimilation strategy consists of attending New Orientation Class, joining a small group, completing Discover class, and getting involved through Servant By Design. The author identifies 'new realities' that are reshaping American's denominational landscape, outlines key biblical guidelines, and explores the concept of Christian stewardship and the Baptist doctrine of 'soul competency' as theological foundations for the practice of communications and marketing. A telephone survey of 500 CBF members formed the heart of the project's research phase. Primarily, the texts containing the Great Commission are used to establish this foundation. Chapter 3 informs the project by providing a premise for understanding how adults learn. The chapter examines current trends in educational theory, particularly the theory referred to as transformational learning. Chapter 4 offers a summary of the sixteen weeks during the project, with a description of how the curriculum was implemented. This project focuses on the contribution a Reformed understanding of mission plays in helping NCDs transition from a pastoral-size congregation to a program-size congregation.  Utilizing six organizing pastors, this project surveyed how a Reformed understanding of mission assisted six NCDs in this transition. The author evaluated the data and examined the success of the project. In Chapter 3 the author gives instructions to the context, which administration, organization and the content, which is appropriate for this ministry of evangelism to the Digo people. In Chapter 4 the author addresses the methodology regarding how the implementation of this mission strategy will be carried out.
