This project rests on the foundations of biblical and historical support for short-term mission experiences, as well as insights from the fields of communication, education, and psychology. The short-term mission training modeled reports on one such experience with a group from First Baptist Church, Springtown, Texas traveling to Saltillo, Mexico. The personal experiences of participants and evaluations by selected ministers provided data for evaluation.
