Using different homiletical strategies: connecting money and mission in year one; money and mystagogy in year two; and forgoing theological connections in order to speak directly about money in year three; the author examined the advantages and challenges to each approach, and presented statistical analysis based on congregational survey results collected at the end of the series. A careful analysis of the theoretical basis of the model was made and presented to a group of Christian mental health professionals and mission personnel in order to assess the theological appropriateness and clinical effectiveness of the model for use by Christians. Three passages from Paul's writings (Eph. 1:4-10; 4:1-16; and 1 Corinthians 12) were researched as they relate to cross-cultural partnerships characterized by grace, including Paul's views of community, use of gifts, use of power, and grace.  The theoretical issues researched focused on Geert Hofstede's dimensions of individualism, power distance, and uncertainty avoidance. It outlined a pilot mentoring program called Residency in Ministry Program aimed at strengthening the African American Churches in the WNCC. The research was selective, and it considered the initial interracial evangelistic emphasis of American Methodism's Wesleyan heritage. The seminar included instructional content to guide assigned parent-adolescent interactions and attachment experiences.  A sample of 23 participants representing 18 family units attended six sessions over 11 weeks.  The Stereotypes of Adolescence Scale (Buchanan \u0026 Holmbeck, 1998) was administered. Results showed statistically significant change in pre- and posttest scores for 7 of 10 subscales. This researcher postulated that the use of enacted dramas in order to introduce messages would enhance the listener's/viewer's level of listening attention, translating into an enhanced retention of the message.  The research process extended over three periods, making a total of twelve testing weekends, and was conducted in De Pere, Wisconsin. Matthew","Conflict management"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["Would instructing employees in a Christian ministry organization in how to implement the dialogical conflict resolution methodology in applying Matthew 18:15-17 indicate that these employees will more effectively resolve conflict? The research administered the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and four employee conflict resolution seminars to Christian school faculty members to measure relatively effective employee conflict resolution behavior.  There were no statistically significant results between pretest and posttest for the total group or for the men or women faculty. Data was collected through surveys given pre, post, and four weeks after the study.  The results were tabulated to determine shifts towards diversity and inclusion.  The strongest shift occurred towards seeing diversity as a positive aspect of community.
