The model is based on Epistle of James, the life of Jesus and adapts David Kolb's experiential learning paradigm. Data collection tools included: a questionnaire, interviews, and journal logs. For effective mission in the rural context, the author researched theological foundations -- Contextulaization and Konvivenz mission theology -- to support No-ri mission. Based on those two theological factors, the author approached the people in the rural community with Samul No-ri as a representative of Korean traditional culture, because of the familiarity of Samul No-ri in the context. The analysis suggests that Samul No-ri functions to overcome the gap between the people in the village and the members in Geumcheon church, and testifies to the possibility of a missional method of Konvivenz in the rural context."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799720420786569216,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:05:42.016Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T15:39:16Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T02:26:28Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"6e39dec2-3dde-4bb3-9616-6cd06a1e247b","accessControl_ssim":["d4e9e63a-cc55-45e7-8f93-ff3dbc856911"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Lay leadership development based on a theology of shared power"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T15:39:13Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T01:22:03Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["4ac82828-2959-4f00-b3a1-1b2e926fe0cf"],"hasLease_ssim":["e19e947a-7376-45a9-8403-f2291d766d87"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Lovett H Weems"],"year_tesim":["2013"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min.
