He led the seminars introducing the prayers to 183 members of Jooan Methodist Church, Incheon, South Korea, in which most members were not accustomed to the diverse prayer forms. What a congregation needs to flourish and experience positive transformation is an appreciation of its God-given strengths, with intentional focus of leveraging those strengths toward a new destiny. The author studies panentheism as a theological foundation for appreciative inquiry, a strengths-focused organizational change model. He describes his journey of implementing this method and coaching his congregation toward what is possible. To answer this question, the author used three research methods: interviews and questionnaires; collection of demographic data; and meetings with sponsoring churches in the USA and members of the Annual Meeting of the United Methodist Church in Cameroon. Non-theism (an umbrella term encompassing atheism, agnosticism, and humanism) was examined through historical, constitutional, legal, and demographic lenses to establish its status as a religious life-stance. Spiritual hospitality and an interpretive frame for interfaith dialogue provided a means of increasing chaplains' religious accommodation for non-theists. The survey was conducted before and after the training program among 30 new church members and 30 lay leaders. It presents research conducted by analyzing a survey which was completed twice, before and after six weeks of study, by three groups in two different churches. The results were not great because there were some limitations of the existing church.  However he was hopeful for the Korean churches based on his findings. To analyze the result of the Walk to Emmaus movement, I made a survey of the ten churches which participated in it actively and about 200 people who belonged to the group of pilgrims in those churches.
