The project director began by researching the fields of Christian manhood and mentoring. The director developed and implemented a six-session course to equip the participants to mentor their sons in the areas of faith, family, finances, fights, friends, and future. The director wrote daily devotions for the participants and paired them in strength teams to offer encouragement. The course ended with an overnight retreat. The project director explored the area of social media in order to discover the best approaches to engage unreached people groups through social media. Two professional goals assisted the project director to create the social media strategy. First, the project directer increased his knowledge of the unreached and unengaged peoples in the cluster. Second, the project director increased his social media technology skills. A small group of missionaries from the Arabian Peninsula \u0026 Levant Cluster gave assistance to the project director in formulating the strategy. The project director then presented the strategy to the Cluster Strategy Leader. A Likert Scale and a series of open ended questions measured the impact that this resource had upon the participants. The findings revealed that although this resource made a positive impact upon the participants' well-being, it did not adequately attend to the subject of grieving losses through lament. The importance of lament in the process of grief is not widely understood. The goals were measured in a survey including eighteen statements ranked on a seven-point Likert Scale and six open-ended statements giving respondents their own voice. The results show a fairly high regard for orthodoxy with some anomalies indicating postmodern cultural influences. Over a hundred church planter wives from a variety of denominations voluntarily completed a survey about their ministry contributions and six key factors. The survey exposed how the wife of the church planter is considerably involved with her husband's mission to start a new church, and her ministry contributions were especially influenced by her sense of God's calling and her employment status. This dissertation encouraged church leaders to do total mobilization through the two main wings of a successful evangelism event, which are fervent prayer ministry and cooperative service ministry. The ministry of Jesus and the early church demonstrated how prayer and service ministry promote effective evangelism. The history of the Korean church's evangelism methods and the crusade evangelism in the United States revealed that fervent prayer and service ministry determined the effectiveness of total mobilization.
