The project director researched methods of curriculum development. A curriculum development method was selected and a six part workshop was developed to equip the selected members for incarnational ministry. The author recommends that worship leaders, planners, and preachers infuse spoken word urban worship centers so that those spaces might be more relevant and reflective of contemporary urban African American culture.  To explore this notion, the author planned and executed a learning and worship experience that demonstrated and discussed spoken word as sacred art for sacred space. The project director studies the worldview of the millennial generation in order to determine receptivity to varying approaches to personal evangelism. In addition, the project director researched the field of chronological Bible storying in order to identify essential themes relevant to personal evangelism training among millennials. He used that information to develop and conduct a workshop aimed at training the selected leaders in personal evangelism by using aspects of chronological Bible storying. The workshop addressed attitudes, experiences, and barriers regarding personal evangelism, the basics of the millennial worldview, the importance of Bible storying, essential themes of the Bible, and personal engagement skills. The author researched how the consecutive religions with their beliefs and practices throughout the history of Egypt have combined to shape the mentality, worship, manners, and character of today's Egyptians. Project goals included researching biblical texts and the field of interpersonal conflict to determine skills needed for a healthy approach to interpersonal conflict resolution, developing an equipping module to teach selected skills, and using the equipping module to equip selected leaders. Professional goals for the project included increasing knowledge and understanding of interpersonal conflict and increasing knowledge and skills in adult instructional theory and practice. The project director researched biblical texts and interpersonal conflict. She selected six sets of skills including leadership, communication, biblical resolution, forgiveness, calming response and dealing with antagonists. The research proved helpful as an annotated bibliography was developed with the various resources in the field of new member assimilation. The resources provided information for the construction of a list of best practices utilized in new member assimilation. The project director developed lesson plans and instructed the selected deacons on the key issues of new member assimilation. The selected deacons identified needs for the assimilation of new members into Bethel Baptist Church. The project director enlisted a field mentor, professional educator, and practitioner for the evaluation of different aspects of the project.
