A call to action necessitates that the church provide a pathway and an ongoing process for men to become servant-leaders.  The project results were limited, due to a decline in the number of men who completed the project versus those who began the project, but yet encouraging.  Project participants were invited to discover the theology, concepts, and characteristics of servant leadership.  Participants experienced Jesus Christ as the ultimate model of servant leadership and were encouraged to follow His example in daily life, especially the church.  The results revealed that becoming a servant-leader must be an intentional process. Interactive learning experiences helped participants through an understanding of God's call and how God equips believers through spiritual giving and personality type.  These newly formed teams studied attributes of effective teams to implement best practices in communication and problem solving.  The missionaries became aware of ways personality impacts the behaviors and attitudes of themselves and their teammates.  Seven participants discovered new spiritual gifts and the majority of the group grew in confidence as to how their spiritual gifts could be used in a church plant setting.  The missionaries became more confident in team-based ministry.  the missionaries emerged knowing the gifting and personality strengths of teammates and with goals to make their teams more effective. The impetus of this project was to explore the marital satisfaction of different racial groups by researching the explanations given by happy couples for the reasons of their marital success.  The participating couples in this project revealed many new insights to both similarities and differences when comparing each of the ethnic marriage cultures involved in the research.  When comparing the marital satisfaction of Christian couples from four ethnicities, Christianity was the determining influence on their marital happiness and stability.
