Wright from military chaplain to pastoral leader in civilian service.  It examined the correlation between the pastoral leadership demonstrated by Chaplain Wright and established leadership expressions and patterns.  This examination involved the review of many personal documents, review of his military record and interviews conducted with individuals from congregations he served as a civilian pastor. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed in order to understand the intrinsic and relational variables contributing to their service duration. Themes identified were (1) faith and belief as a framework, (2) personal and relational growth, and (3) growth mindset. A conceptual model of mindset appeared that served commitment and intent. This model is discussed, along with integration and other research models. God's goodness can become blurred and muted by parenting difficulties and limitations. The problem studied was the effect a four-month group intervention with parents, focused upon the Triune God's goodness and gratitude rhythms, had on reducing parenting stress. Quantitative results of the four month group intervention were statistically significant and supported by the qualitative results. Those who practiced the gratitude rhythms expressed reduced parenting stress (12.6%) and pulse pressure (9.8%). In addition to surveying seminary students, pastors who experienced the 1995 Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake as well as pastors who lived through the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and seminary professors who train next generation pastors were interviewed using co-inquiry and a 360-degree data gathering approach.  Managing stress, loss, relationships, compassion fatigue and burnout were common challenges. In response, the researcher drew insights from the Great Commission (Matt. 28:19-20) highlighting the importance of discipleship as an intentional pursuit instead of an accidental venture.  The literature review dealt with current and relevant issues within the Naga society.  A mixed methods approach along with grounded theory was the research path.  The research revealed that discipleship, although deemed important was not happening in most churches. In this study, the aim is to analyze and affirm the corresponding relationship between the commitment to education in fiath and the promotion of justice in Lasallian education and evagnelization today.  The testimony of the original Lesallian educational model, the contemporary canon of Lasallian texts, and the lived reality in God's mission field reveals the proper relation between education and justice in the Lesallian idiom. Grounded theory was the primary research methodology and data was gathered from interviews with people who struggled with doubt.  This data was used to develop a strategy for people going through doubt and for pastors helping others process doubt. The praxis director recruited four such individuals to pursue clarity in their callings. He does so by having them utilize a clarified vocabulary, an examination of biblical and historical examples of those called of God, and an assessment of spiritual gifting within the context of a small group.
