The project director evaluated the demographics of Etowah County, Alabama, and identified specific neighborhood profiles. The director researched the topic of relational evangelism and determined best practices. The project director worked with a select team and developed a strategy for evangelizing targeted neighborhoods. The author used a seven point Likert scale to survey members and friends of EFC. Noteworthy data revealed by experiencing inclusion, hope, with open and affirming encouragement to seek Jesus, the people of EFC reported an increase in their self-image, spiritual maturity and relationship with Christ. The method used in this study was grounded theory. The results show that chaplains go through a transformation and become new people. The changes that occur are categorized by five marks. These marks include: increased humility, improved pastoral identity, recognizing their finiteness, valuing their contributions, and finding strengths in weakness. This analysis compares and contrasts Mark Dever's ecclesiology with New Testament teaching, as well as the ecclesiology of J. L. Dagg, a prominent nineteenth century Southern Baptist theologian. Dever's ecclesiology provides a robust view of church membership, which is needed in many Southern Baptist churches. In response to this, researcher surveyed the wicked activities of demons in the lives and ministries of some biblical leaders and followers in the Old and New Testament. The researcher further reviewed the relevant literature. But, in spite of western academia's skepticism, researcher established that these demons incarnate, change forms and appear face-to-face to humans in multiple manifestations. Living Hope Baptist Church is a one-campus medium-sized Baptist church which currently serves the Sango community of the Greater Clarksville is to implement local community based church sites instead of drawing unchurched people only to the current campus of Living Hope Baptist Church. It is this pastor's vision Living Hope would become a lighthouse to her community by providing incarnational ministry to people in specified areas of Clarksville. This project included three goals. The questionnaire gathered quantitative and qualitative answers that determined that there was spiritual formation occurring as a result of the Cohort Program.
