My project utilized the equipping model with three primary goals. The first goal was to research and gather resources related to mental health skills. This research provided a thorough annotated bibliography approved by my expert evaluator in mental health skills. The second goal was to develop a curriculum based on the essential skills identified. The evaluation of this curriculum included a curriculum rubric and the mentorship of my curriculum expert. The third goal \r\nwas to equip selected hospice nurses with mental health skills. Pretests and posttests were used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction in equipping skills and the outcomes of using those skills. I believe that the curriculum produced by this project helped nurses in dealing with stress, depression, and grief associated with hospice work. The content for the workshop consisted of key subjects and issues associated with artificial intelligence. The workshop was created to equip those at Russell Springs First Baptist with the knowledge to think through the issues from a Christian perspective.\r\n\r\nThe project was modeled after the ministry-research model for the DMin program at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary’s. The goals for the project included researching the field of artificial intelligence, identifying key issues within the field, and creating a curriculum for the workshop. The workshop was held at Russell Springs First Baptist Church in Russell Springs, Kentucky. Key issues identified were analyzed alongside the concerns discovered from the church-wide survey on AI. This project provided a comprehensive study for parents and their middle and high school children to strengthen the foundation of biblical truths in their lives.\r\n\r\nI studied the field of Christian apologetics and sought feedback from college students in Spartanburg, South Carolina that helped focus the project. I surveyed these students to narrow down this project to five key apologetic topics. Experts in the field of apologetics evaluated the content using evaluation rubrics throughout the project to ensure that the project content excellence. Trustworthy pastors at First Baptist Spartanburg followed along closely to certify I completed each step.\r\n\r\nThe goal of the project was to equip parents and children with tools to aid in \r\nstrengthening their faith and apologetic understanding so that they become immovable and confident warriors for the kingdom. This project required me to draft five sets of families with children in middle and high school at First Baptist  Spartanburg for approximately five training sessions of no more than ninety minutes each. I aimed to address the specific obstacles that keep many members from engaging in personal evangelism conversations and to encourage and prepare them to obey this God-given task. I gathered and analyzed internal data, which clearly showed a lack of evangelistic engagement within the church.\r\n\r\nI carried out the project in three phases: research, curriculum development, and equipping courses. During the research phase, I studied the Scriptures along with trusted extra-biblical sources, analyzed both external and internal data, and used pre- and postcourse surveys to assess the selected participants. In the curriculum development phase, I synthesized the information I gathered to create lessons that balanced sound doctrine with practical application. This project explored the internal demographics of the congregation by analyzing the Annual Church Profile data  and conducting an internal assessment to establish a baseline of church-health. I explored existing models of church health to identify best practices in the field and created an annotated bibliography and a list of best practices. I compiled research on church health and strategic planning and presented the research to the Strategic Initiative Team, selected from a cross-section of \r\ncurrent church leaders. The Strategic Initiative Team met for six strategy planning sessions and developed a customized strategy to promote church health and overcome unhealthy practices within the church. The Strategic Initiative Team presented the strategy to the membership of First Baptist Church Gulf Breeze for approval. This project enhanced my knowledge of church health and skills in developing strategic initiatives. Finally, the workshop was given to equip selected Jackson County Baptist Association leaders with essential skills for multiethnic ministry in the local church.\r\n\r\nI also accomplished two professional goals in this project. The first goal was to \r\nincrease my knowledge of multiethnic ministry in the local church. Additionally, I desired to improve my workshop development skills. Integrated education is an holistic approach that combines biblical truth, learning  experiences, and collaboration among preschoolers, teachers, and parents to support effective Christian faith formation. The project was analyzed using survey data to determine how effectively integrated education was conducted for  preschoolers, parents, and teachers. The need for and effectiveness of integrated education across different age groups were investigated.\r\n\r\nThis data was analyzed in Excel with the Jamovi computer-based program from Google, using statistical analysis of effectiveness for the integrated education of the Hansarang Yeajeon Church and Korean churches in Daejeon.  I reviewed the integrated education, spiritual formation curriculum, and strategic models at local churches where the ministry education was needed. This project developed an integrated educational curriculum for preschoolers aged four to five, as well as for their parents and teachers. I partnered church leadership team to train preschoolers, parents, and teachers at a local Sunday school. I utilized the equipping model for the project. The project began by researching existing methods and models of pastoral leadership development to ascertain the essential elements of pastoral leadership development. Having determined the essential elements, I created a curriculum to instruct the eight essential elements discovered through the research phase. I accomplished this project through three goals. First, I researched the field of spiritual disciplines and the worship ministry, examining the literature related to  the disciplines that support a church’s worship ministry. From this study, I determined specific spiritual disciplines to be essential to the worship ministry of a church. Subsequently, I studied curriculum design and created lessons based on the results from the research phase of the project. Finally, I \r\nimplemented the curriculum to equip worship ministry team members of Fifth Street Baptist Church in selected spiritual disciplines. Experts evaluated the selected disciplines and the designed curriculum before I implemented them. This was the  result of a realization that the introduction was the most important part of any sermon preached at Morgan Grace Church. The project began with research of expository preaching. The emphasis of the research was on expository sermon introductions. Next, a best practices report was developed. Following the approval of the best practices report by expert evaluators, a series of expository sermons was developed through the first chapter of 1 John, utilizing  the best practices for expository sermon introductions. The sermons were then  preached to the congregation of Morgan Grace Church during the Sunday gathering. Finally, these sermons were evaluated by members of the congregation of Morgan Grace Church.
