It articulated the characteristics of contemporary presidency at eucharist. The author designed, implemented and evaluated a five-day workshop on the topic for Roman Catholic priests.  The workshop included lectures, audio-visual critique and small group interaction among the participants.  The project demonstrated the need for continuing liturgical formation among Roman Catholic clergy. Improvements were measured through beginning and ending completion of the Jay Hall Conflict Management Survey; a comparison of participants' beginning and ending survey scores with a control group of eleven pastors who completed the survey at similar intervals; and participants' final reports on the accomplishment of goals stated at the beginning.  Seminar work included a consideration of 1. identity issues for the pastor; 2. theology and ministry; 3. theology of the church; 4. theology of conflict; and 5. the pastor's role as manager.  Conflict case studies of participants were also shared and evaluated. Part III discusses the Heidelberg Catechism and shows how its theological concepts can be applied specifically to the issues of human sexuality.  An evaluation based on a questionnaire distributed to the students completes the thesis. Together these sources suggested a type of supervision which focused on administration of congregational life and program, pastoral care, social ministry, stewardship, enabling lay ministry, and which experienced the supervisory relationship as one of working together and planning jointly. The context of the study is marital therapy.  The possibility of denominalizing commonly used theological terms in the context of marital therapy hopes to give each member of the union additional choices over his-her communication and reconciliatory processes.  Evaluation of this experiment was pursued by subjective means with an emphasis on clinical observation. These poor self-images seem to produce low self-confidence which affects the way persons express themselves as Christians and as human beings.  A Bible study undergirded by an investigation concerning self-image in the Bible, process theology, and psychosynthesis was posited to enhance self-image.  Such a Bible study, with careful attention to using both hemispheres of the brain, was constructed.
