A step-by-step description of how a Presbyterian pastor in a suburban Cleveland, Ohio, church led his congregation to offer such a ministry is provided.  Exegesis and interpretation of the vision of the last Judgment of Matthew 25:31-46 supports the ministry.  Results are evaluated in terms of the stated goals of the ministry and in terms of theological understandings. A research questionnaire that rated attitudes toward evangelism was developed for church members before and after the material was used.  The thesis was that attitudes toward evangelism would increase positively after the material's use and that results would differ as a function of the church's location.  Age, sex, length of membership, and holding of office were biographic evaluations of the data.  Only one church administered the posttest. The model introduced traditional Christian ideas of faith, grace, hope, mercy and salvation into the critical issues faced by these young adults.  This model permitted the sermon to address the tensions involved in the interactive forces and elements faced by these young adults.  This preaching model addresses contemporary issues biblically to enable young adults to hear the call to commit their lives to the gospel of Jesus Christ.  A sample group in the age range 30-35 heard four sermons developed and preached by the author.  Each participant filled out a questionnaire after the sermon to measure their responses to the critical issues and Christian themes raised in the model. One hundred nineteen medium-size congregations of the Oklahoma District Council of the Assemblies of God were studied with concentration given to the auxiliaries reported by those congregations.  The hypothesis was based upon the concept of a unified mission.  Implementation was guided by the belief that multiple functioning and giving auxiliaries affected positively world ministries giving. The pastoral role models applied are the caring shepherd, guide shepherd, mediator, and vision giver. The teaching methods used are Groome's shared praxis approach and Westerhoff's enculturation. Every pastor wants the church to be what God what it wants to be.  It is important how the church should grow and in which way it should nurture and guide its members.  Jesus selected disciples and trained them, so that he could send them as servants.  The Apostle Paul said that the fundamental way for persons to mature is through discipleship training.  The Korean church has grown quantitatively in a way which is unparalleled in any other country.  The zeal as people get together is so tremendous that the impact of church meetings such as morning prayer, night prayer, diocesan worship are incalculable.
