This project tests the presence of nine ministry models or role-sets in the Conference through a random survey of senior pastors, laity, Bethel Seminary faculty, national and district leaders. It is grounded in a theology of stewardship and is tested with two new member classes at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. These 'Guidelines for Christian Stewards' also are used with an adult membership class in a nearby Lutheran parish and with a group of new Christians in a Roman Catholic Church. A second hypothesis is that persons who make redecisions about their scripts change their view of God.  The project uses the case study method for the purposes of research and presentation.  The results indicate that the primary hypothesis is true in the three case studies presented.
