To attain this goal, I explored literature on the subject of Christian\r\nnationalism and created an annotated bibliography. I determined a response with a biblical view and produced an executive summary..\r\n\r\nThe second project goal was to produce a curriculum with a biblical worldview in\r\nresponse to Christian nationalism. The first step was accomplished by participating in the Instructional Theory and Curriculum Design seminar from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. To determine the best path for the project, I began by researching the field of apologetics to identify essential apologetic skills. Due to the rapidly changing nature of student ministry and the challenges of teaching students, I also researched how to develop engaging, interactive seminars to teach skills. Once I completed the research, I wrote a curriculum to equip selected students from my church. After selecting and training a strategy planning team and utilizing the best practices for adult Sunday school classes, the project director developed a revitalization strategy for the adult Sunday school ministry. After  researching related biblical texts, existing models of deacon training, and selected resources in the field of study, the project director produced a curriculum for equipping deacons. Credentialed experts in church ministry, curriculum design, and leader training provided helpful evaluation and insight in the research and development of the project director’s curriculum.\r\n\r\nUsing this curriculum, I trained selected deacons during a five-session workshop held on a Friday evening and Saturday morning. Research in the field of study revealed a consensus for six basic deacon ministry competencies: benevolence, conflict resolution, evangelism, family ministry, ordinances, and partnering with the pastor. The first step involved research of FBCS’s Annual Church Profile to determine attendance trends from 2013 to 2022. The project director then surveyed selected church leaders to determine the current state of discipleship within FBCS.\r\n\r\nThe project director researched literature and existing disciple-making models and methods to discover the best practices for FBCS. The project director then selected a student and adult disciple-making strategy team to whom results of research were presented. The project director collected data and developed adult lifestyle profiles for the church and its ministry area. The project director used the profiles to lead the disciple-making strategy team to assess the effectiveness of the church’s current disciple-making strategy. The project researched adult disciplemaking and adult disciple-making strategies, examined existing models of adult disciplemaking, and surveyed leaders from a select group of churches to develop a list of best practices for Calvary. The project director then formed a disciple-making strategy team by selecting and training thirteen members from the church. The project director led the team through six training sessions to develop an adult disciple-making strategy for Calvary. The project director and the team presented the strategy to the church elders for approval. The elders approved the strategy and recommended it to the church for adoption. Utilizing the equipping model, the project director equipped selected members of Covenant Baptist Church with the necessary skills to make personal spiritual intimacy practices an integral part of their relationship with God. The project director researched the field of spiritual disciplines and determined essential personal spiritual intimacy practices: Bible reading, prayer, and solitude. The project director developed a curriculum that was designed to take the selected group of church members through an equipping workshop. He evaluated the effectiveness of the workshop in addressing the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains of learning utilizing a pretest, a posttest, a self-report questionnaire, and an opportunity for reflections.
