This project examined the initiation tradition of the two tribes to identify elements that the church could use to make the Christian faith more meaningful to them. The author used seminars and multiple intervention tools with selected members of the tribes. As its pastor, the author taught the congregation the best practice of radical hospitality, and instituted generational transition for 2014 church leadership. The hospitality ministries team was created. In eighteen months' practice and teaching of radical hospitality, most key leaders are now younger, relatively new, or more engaging.  The hospitality and shepherding ministry team actively practices radical hospitality for the congregation. The congregation has been appreciative of the new culture of hospitality. He pointed out that caring for both physical and spiritual needs should be considered together. He prepared two types of questionnaires and divided the children into two groups in order to find basic information about them and their concerns. Then he ran the 'Hope Gilijabi' program during weekends to let them know and experience cring through Christian values. This project studied instances where negative expressions of single cell congregations were evident such as indirect communication, the making of scapegoats, and failing to observe boundaries. With this conviction he examined the conditions of the Korean Church and the local church, the Bok-Ji church, he was serving as a senior pastor, and found that the church had too much focused on the side of individual salvation with paying little attention to joining the universal salvific work of God. At the end of his thesis, based on his Wesleyan belief and his pastoral experience, the researcher proposed on how a local church can operate its social welfare ministry successfully. This thesis too recounts the political, social, and religious tensions that existed in pre-Revolutionary North Carolina and examines the role that the regulator movement and the Battle of Alamance would play in stifling the evangelistic efforts of the Separate Baptists in the frontier regions of the colony during that period. A prayer guide was used during the forty day exercise. Interviews and a questionnaire were used to capture the participants' prayer practices before and after the forty days. The analysis of the participants' responses provided the research with a before and after picture of the participant's prayer lives. It is theorized, using Bowlby's Theory of Attachment, that one cause of such behavior may be a lack of attachment with a mothering figure during infancy.  When a person exhibiting these characteristics enters marriage, there can be numerous difficulties with the spouse and later with any children. The effects of a women's Type A personality upon the relationships with others in her family are examined through the use of a case study with one family in therapy.
