This observation prompted this project on evangelism as an imperative redemptive mission of God for church growth. Students at Deeper Life School of Evangelism participated in focus groups about possible solutions to this problem. To resolve the problem of the lack of understanding of holiness in one's spiritual journey, a qualitative and quantitative research based on the case study method was used to triangulate the multiple data by interlinking similar themes. The objective of the research develops an innovative theory guiding pastors to preach to their congregation for spiritual advancement.   These findings provided valuable insight to the inner spiritual need of the local church body. The study resulted in the development of a spiritual transformational theory. The research detects a paradigm shift in core values, a technology-led change in morality and apparent breakdown in responsiveness and leadership in key social institutions, and determines that family, school, and church are still vital in transmitting wholesome values and restoring a society's moral equilibrium. It was hoped that the researcher's interactions with pastors, church leaders, and Christian social ministries in Cameroon would reveal the extent of practical ministries on behalf of the poor. Almost all the pastors and church leaders sampled knew these problems were extensive but they were not involved in programs or personal assistance for widows, orphans, or social outcasts who attend services with them on Sundays. A paradigm was formulated by integrating socio-cultural characteristics of Korean diaspora church and framework of culturally-appropriate, theologically-sound and theoretically-coherent missional ecclesiology for Korean diaspora. Eight criteria of missional ecclesiology were identified, and three ontological values were identified: to be sent by the Triune God; to represent the reign of God in the through Jesus Christ; and to be led by the Holy Spirit.
