This project helps leaders to serve the Lord in faith and good courage while helping them avoid the spiritual dangers of serving self and the powers of darkness in meetings. The focus of this effort is on the moments following alarm or the awareness of stress that is being generated by one's heart. The researcher trained the five men and nine women of the Parish Planning Council on three theological foci: a theology of thinking in crisis, a theology of worship in service, and a theology of leadership in suffering. Each of these monthly sessions was reinforced by a weekly Bible study and a monthly opportunity for a one-on-one meeting where applications of the Alarm Model were made to current issues. The researcher found that a successful leadership succession depends upon a well-planned transition. The research consisted of a case study of four small independent churches. The researcher compared the traditional and apostolic approaches to leadership succession. Through grounded theory and coding of the data, the researcher identified factors that contribute to both the positives and obstacles of a good leadership succession. Preparation involved research in understanding the larger culture of our country, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the context of the ministry and understanding a clear theological purpose justifying the project. Some collaboration between the Jerusalem United Holy Church and other agencies was part of the project, especially in identifying the children and exposing them to positive experiences. The project involved training mentors for the children by use of a PowerPoint presentation and measuring the effectiveness with pre- and post-tests. This project studied the association between prayer for non-Christians and evangelistic attitudes and behaviors. Does a directed focus upon evangelistic prayer increase intrinsic  evangelistic attitudes and behaviors toward people without faith? Does prayer increase receptivity towards non-Christians -- an attitude change that leads to behavior change? Research focused upon qualitative analysis in case study methodology. The research focuses on the spiritual transformation of the members based on past commitments to the ministry, devotion to God, present accountability towards the means of grace and personal relationship with God. Continuing evaluation of the membership will be based on Quadrilateral Theory using Union Chapel, an African American culture, as a
