The equipping model was utilized in this project. The project began with the project director's research on the biblical doctrines and concluded with the equipping of the select group of believers. The research included demographic data specific to the Hmong people community in northeast Georgia, USA, and personal evangelism strategies available to train Christians locally and nationally. He focused on strengthening these skills. After a pre and post survey, the researcher scheduled workshops for training and refreshing their skills in administration and organization. The researcher observed the participants in workshop settings and actual pastoral duties in their church. It is the belief of the researcher that his goals were accomplished with significant success. He realized that fifty percent of the participants showed improvement. First, to examine any biblical or theological bases for preaching to men differently than preaching to women. The conclusion was that men were created differently, were perceived differently by the Hebrew culture and were communicated with differently by Jesus Christ. Second, to research any psycho-sociological literature that would support the first finding, that men perceive the world differently, process thought and learn differently and need to be communicated with differently. This project focused upon identifying the benefits and barriers within the current partnership in order that a stronger partnership might be built. The study incorporated both quantitative and qualitative research. The coaching helped participants do evangelism consistent with their approach to working with others as indicated by the DISC Classic Personal Profile System 2800. Quantitative and qualitative measures were used. Coaching sessions focused on current personal evangelism efforts of the participants.
