The church is God's home so the method of church growth shall base on God's words. In book of Ephesians 4:11-16. gives us the most clear instruction of how to set up the strategies for church growth. Ten strategies were found from these verses, which as clear vision, functional administration, excellent spiritual leadership, solid equipment of Christian education, God's presence worship, upgraded spiritual life, loving and caring system, dynamic small group, effective spiritual gifts and united teamwork. By means of these strategies, Evangelical Chinese Bible Church grew from two families in 1972 to up to 2000 congregation in 2007. The thesis of this paper is that this dormant potential may be fanned to life through contextualized missionary mediation, implementing a carefully conceited Experiential Missions Training (EMT) process, designed to integrate cross-cultural missions projects and inter-congregational teams with the benefits of Experiential Learning Theory (ELT).  The author draws out the principles of Experiential Missions Training through a case study of his own documented experiences of training teams of French believers from local churches in Lyon, France on missions ventures to the Kursk State University in western Russia. Let us hope today's Chinese churches will see the truth of 'messianic kingdom' and recognize that salvation is a process of blessings to complete God's plan in creation. This is the true end of salvation. An effort was made to avoid asking the questions in ways that would lead to the development of a sending agency that did not fit the context of Honduran Baptist mission efforts.  If Honduran Baptists are to fulfill the Great Commission in a global manner, they must have a sending agency that reflects their culture and values instead of one that is copied from another culture.  The pastors were chosen because of their experience in missions or because they had demonstrated a strong interest in learning as much. The result was a sending agency that was designed by and for Honduran Baptists. Repentance is always present in true revival. Many, though, do not understand the positive work of repentance and therefore avoid discussion or application of repentance to their lives. Negative attitudes toward sin and repentance discourage believers from experiencing personal revival. As a result, confession of sin seems to be common while repentance is rare.
