The researcher used quantitative and qualitative surveys along with organizational archival data to evaluate the ministry of E3 Partners. Based upon the perspective of its national hosts, the researcher found that those nationals participating in the E3 model were catalyzed into church planting activities. Utilizing historical research methodology, the author studied the response of CBInternational to the globalization of missions between 1989 and 2004. His research identified both the thinking and the resulting actions of CBInternational. Based on biblical, theological and missiological principles, an analysis of CBInternational's response is presented. The project had three phases: interviews which included drawing a picture of God and self, ten worship times developed for the student body, and a second set of interviews with a second picture.  The findings, while not completely able to support the author's thesis since the project was subjective, did reveal naturally curious children who were eager to explore God's presence in their lives. This ministry research model will include: a rationale for a mentor-enabled assimilation process; an explanation of how to implement the plan in a local church; a description of the qualifications of mentors and how to enlist and train them; four representative lessons of a twelve-lesson curriculum; and a teaching plan for the mentors for each of the included four lessons. However, the clear meaning for many Gospel metaphor sources are lost in today's culture, especially among youth. The purpose of this Major Applied Project was to help high school students gain a greater understanding of the Gospel message by updating the metaphor sources, by using a common element in their culture, cinema. Scenes from popular movies were used to help students better understand and articulate the following Gospel metaphors: redemption, ransom, rescue, reconciliation, regeneration, replace and release. The program involved twelve hours of training in both theoretical models and practical application. First, the project director obtained approval from the church congregation to allow the director to establish a ministry team that would develop the process.  Second, the director researched available materials on assimilation strategies in preparation for equipping team members.  Third, the director explored the field of curriculum design to gain the skills required to create a series of sessions in which the enlisted team members were equipped.  Fourth, the director led the sessions as team members developed the process.  Last, the ministry team presented the proposed process to the congregation for consideration.
