The project looks at selected accredited theological institutions and Hispanic-Latino community-based training programs.  It also gathers by questionnaire data from selected pastors, teachers, and students on ministry training for Hispanic-Latino church leaders.  As a result all three groups of respondents (pastors, teachers, and students) believe that academic training and a curriculum grounded in the culture and experiences of our people is very important for the task of leadership training. Interviews were conducted with members of the congregation experiencing loss to ascertain insights into the grieving process as well as pastoral and congregational acts deemed significantly helpful. Findings reveal both pastor and congregation have much to offer the grieving. The seminar included instructional content to guide assigned parent-adolescent interactions and attachment experiences.  A sample of 23 participants representing 18 family units attended six sessions over 11 weeks.  The Stereotypes of Adolescence Scale (Buchanan \u0026 Holmbeck, 1998) was administered. Results showed statistically significant change in pre- and posttest scores for 7 of 10 subscales. There are some distinct qualities of an effective introduction that encourage listeners to give serious attention to a presentation and relate to its message in a personal way.  This researcher postulated that the use of enacted dramas in order to introduce messages would enhance the listener's/viewer's level of listening attention, translating into an enhanced retention of the message.  The research process extended over three periods, making a total of twelve testing weekends, and was conducted in De Pere, Wisconsin. This is the central question answered by this thesis. A primary presupposition of this project is that when we involve the use of sight during the sermon event, our ability to remember what was said increases. In this study, the theoretical and theological analysis of remembering and memory are discussed in connection with the use of visuals for retention. Those who participated in the project as hearers were asked to evaluate some sermons that used visual aids and some that did not. The research administered the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and four employee conflict resolution seminars to Christian school faculty members to measure relatively effective employee conflict resolution behavior.  There were no statistically significant results between pretest and posttest for the total group or for the men or women faculty. Data was collected through surveys given pre, post, and four weeks after the study.  The results were tabulated to determine shifts towards diversity and inclusion.  The strongest shift occurred towards seeing diversity as a positive aspect of community. This approach addressed the different developmental and spiritual needs of church members over fifty-five, including the dynamics of the three generations that comprise that age block.  The director led a six member team through a four-part teaching series.  Based on the information gained in class the team planned two sample ministry events focused on two age groups.
