This model in ministry uses a dual focus to explore this issue.  The case-study mode is used to examine typical internal church dispuites brought to court attention; seminars and questionnaires were conducted to ascertain pastors' level of legal acumen relevant to church operations. Assessing the needs of children and adolescents has been a largely neglected area.  A Delphi panel developed elements to be included in a tool to screen 10-18 year olds' spiritual needs and resources.  A group of children and adolescents served as a case study of the tool's use. Traditional Black Baptist Churches in inner city communities are in a state of plateau and decline needing renewal and revitalization.  The researcher hypothesized that implementation of a strategic six-session Christian leadership training model would transform the church board from change inhibitors to change supporters.  A qualitative action research methodology incorporating preliminary survey, post survey, observations, and reflections was used to evaluate the effectiveness of this project. The objective was to establish an  evangelistic model of deep discussions, reflection sessions, as a relevant contextual model for planting churches to reach the people in Myanmar. The research and evaluations that motivated this evangelistic call were conducted through seminar questionnaires and response forms. It attempts to determine whether a better system of pastoral care for pastors might minimize instances of negative transition and related pastoral problems.  The study includes a survey of relevant biblical passages and a fairly extensive literature review.  The field work surveys a representation of solo and senior pastors, district superintendents, and denominational leaders.
