'To spread the scriptural holiness over the land' is the message that characterizes a distinct and ultimate goal in his ministry and mission. My goal in this dissertation is to explore how sincerely and eagerly John Wesley pursued the holiness of heart and life, throughout his life journey. The workshop incorporates collaborative learning through a mini-lecture, individual reflection, small group discussion, role play, and focus group discussion.  Participants explore their results from Gallup's StrengthsFinder assessment from a Christian perspective.  Measurement tools include StrengthsFinder results, repeated Likert-style questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. This public role as prophet, priest and servant, derives from Christ our prophet, priest and king. This project explores the struggle from the vantage point of a full-time prison chaplain. The project includes a brief history of prison chaplaincy as well as literature review. Data gathered in fieldwork is processed through a pretribulational, literal millennial perspective of Scripture. The author studied six participants as they progressed through ACLDM by engaging in three phases of learning while in consultation with three supporting parties to determine if leadership growth occurred. The methodology used was primarily qualitative research and used methods of survey, observation and guided interviews to collect data. The research indicated that every participant experienced perceived growth while going through ACLDM. The study materials were delivered to participants in an online environment. The teaching goals of this Bible study were to enable believers to understand and reflect on essential Christian doctrines, apply it to their daily lives, and engage in biblical behavioural practices as a result.This project was conducted and tested with twenty participants. Data collection tools included an initial written narrative, the responses to a 14-week online study Created for Relationship, an online course evaluation survey, and a second written narrative. The findings indicate that CMB were aware of their need to learn and grow in their new relationship with God, however, discipleship in a world of online social connections requires the same intentional mentorship relationship as in-person discipleship. This project was conducted through an anonymous, online questionnaire and in-depth interviews with self-selected students. They participated in the 4-month course and provided valuable feedback to improve the content, format, and delivery of the course so it would be useful to other pastors. The participants' management capabilities were appraised throughout the course. After the course, the assessment indicated an upward trajectory in their management skills.
