Using style approach on leadership, the study evaluated how a change of a pastor's leadership in EunHyun church affected members' behavioral change.  To test the research question, the study identified and assessed the previous and current pastors' leadership style.  Subsequently, members were administered a survey in which three main variables were explored.  The current pastor had a more relationship-focusing leadership than the previous pastor. The intervention hypothesized that combining and applying the theories of hope and purpose pedagogically and through mentoring models could resolve the undifferentiated angst in the sample group.  This study concluded that a sense of hope and purpose is an effective antidote to the anger and aimlessness experienced by the members of the cohort. The goal of this thesis project was to explore the impact of the personal discipline of physical activity as a necessity in being a good steward of the body while being faithful to fulfill one's pastoral call. The problem is that clergy, in a sedentary occupation, can become physically unhealthy by engaging in meaningful ministry but neglecting to take care of themselves as they care for others. The scope of this work looks at the Apostle Paul's claim that there is value in being both physically and spiritually healthy. This work listens in on written conversations between professional and spiritually healthy. This work listens in on the written conversations between professional authorities as they consider how physical fitness benefits the spiritual life of clergy. This thesis-project was tested by a three month project where clergy engaged in physical exercise three days a week for thirty minutes and reflected on the impact on their spiritual lives. For a long time, they have not acknowledged what the gospel is in detail, and they also have not known how to announce the gospel.  But it is very dangerous for the church because it might not survive without evangelism.  Moreover, at this age that the world is increasingly falling away from the church, if the church lost its vitality, which is given by evangelism, it might disappear. Se desarrolló una intervención de consejería pastoral basada en los Salmos Bíblicos para ayudar a personas a lidiar con sentimientos depresivos a partir de un acercamiento integrador en lo que a la psicología se refiere. Medidas comparativas entre los resultados de pre- y post-pruebas fueron obtenidas utilizando las escalas desarrolladas por Beck con un grupo de voluntarios, evaluando le efectividad de la intervención propuesta. The author also observed the need of training of biographical preaching among Chinese pastors in Toronto through a survey he conducted. The author believes that genre sensitivity will enhance biographical preaching among pastors. He also conducted a workshop under this project for some Chinese pastors in Toronto, helping his fellow pastors preach biographical sermons faithfully and effectively.
