This qualitative research project evaluated selected factors that are associated with the contributions of women being valued by leaders of parachurch ministries, including how theological views of headship and cultural views of femininity are associated with the valuing of women's contributions. The qualitative research for this project was conducted through  in-depth interviews in three parachurch ministry settings. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with six pastors who served on bicultural pastoral staff teams. The research focused on three areas: core values, emotional intelligence, and cultural intelligence. This study concluded that the pastors' self-awareness when combined with their commitment to the Gospel was essential to effective team leadership practices. Through qualitative research methods, six successful churches were analyzed. The study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with three pastors in the Presbyterian Church in America and their wives, who were interviewed separately and as couples. The review of biblical literature and literature in conflict resolution, marriage, and systems theory, along with analysis of the conducted interviews focused on how healthy marriages can grow through times of conflict in the church. Transformational discipleship, organic church life, decentralized leadership and missional movement were utilized to achieve a healthy and reproducing ministry. These pastors also play a key role in helping immigrants adjust to the local culture. This project produced two case studies through interviews and participant observation. Informants included two local pastors of African origin and selected members of their churches. The author of this project studied these challenges in order to develop a strategic plan for transitioning Time of Grace Ministry beyond the tenure of Pastor mark Jeske. The research design utilized data gathering from selected national Christian media. This project identified ten strategic insights that address both ministry transition and leadership succession.
