The methodology can provide teachers effective ways to address student needs and encourage participation in the learning process.  Improved teachers' self-esteem will result from new skill and pastoral support. A three part methodology was designed that allowed teachers freedom to construct lesson plans for their specific class. Three one-hour training sessions introduced teachers to the methodology;  thirteen weeks of on-the-job training completed the training period.  Teachers were able effectively to address student needs, encourage participation, and improve their self-esteem. Also included is a suicide prevention class developed and presented to the major commanders in an Army installation. The method which this project follows is experiential and mystagogical.  The project concludes that significant growth in spiritual formation can and does take place in the worship service. Second, initial responses of long-time members differed significantly from initial resonses of 'beginners in faith'. Third, lay leaders often carry leadership burdens which sometimes hinder their ability to participate fully in worship.  Fourth, the person of the pastor plays a large role in the spiritual formation of the congregation. The artists adapted their art forms from secular society. Church architecture largely originated from traditional culture. One might conclude that Christian art has some Minjung elements. Korea has a rich cultural background with diverse, excellent artistic achievements.  Yet many Christian artists still are holding a conservative attitude influenced by Western thought patterns.  It is time to de-westernize Christian art in Korea. The project then develops a practical guideline for the church workers for their mixed-marriage family ministry.  The research has been done through the review of literature, questionnaires, and intensive case studies. Pastors were interviewed whose churches have youths with absent fathers.
