The study proposed a pragmatic approach of engagement with and education of the youth. The methodology combined direct instruction for youth on Islam's nonviolent beliefs with group activities to encourage community cohesion. The author compared and analyzed a pre-program written survey with a final survey. The author first heightened parishioners interest in personal evangelism, then demonstrated that personal evangelism was biblical and created a six-part training program to equip them on how to do personal evangelism. Participants were then given the opportunity to implement the principles they learned in order to determine the effectiveness of this strategy. The study demonstrated that personal evangelism is an effective strategy to grow a congregation. The participants engaged in church growth opportunities and were surveyed based upon their participation. The project discovered that one of the hindrances to church growth is a lack of personal ownership and commitment of members in a new or existing church. Nine ARMBA received a five point Likert scale survey for their adult parishioners to complete. The survey included three sections: demographics, discovery, and an evaluation of the study. Thirty-three individuals completed the survey. The overall results were favorable. Using an impact study, attitudes towards communion and missions were measured before and after a six-week period of weekly celebration of communion in worship and three mission experiences of the small group. The project included a quantitative survey that assessed the impact of the ten-week course conducted through the Stewardship ministry. The survey was given at the beginning of the course and at the conclusion of the course. The course had an overall favorable impact on the participants based on the survey.
