The thesis will mention Nestorius' position and place in the history of Christian doctrine, or dogma, and will serve to help readers to research and to evaluate Nestorius' Christology on their own. The main methodology of this thesis is Comparative Approaches. There are two other auxiliary methods that will support this thesis. One is Ideological Criticism and the other is Theological Interpretation. The research contents includes: the life and background of Nestorius, the personality of Nestorius, the works of the patriarch (especially the recovered apology of Nestorius: the Bazaar of Heraclides), the comparisons between Nestoruis' Christology and Cyril's Christology, the teaching of Nestorius and Cyril, the reasons why the opponents believe Nestorius' teaching is a heresy and the responses from both the school of Antioch and Nestorius himself, and the debatable points of Nestorius' Christology. The main research area is Nestorius' Christology and his teaching. This project assessed and addressed the risk of compassion fatigue.  Counselors were taught the definition for and characteristics of compassion fatigue and given an assessment to measure the risk.  Six counselors were selected, based on their assessment scores, to participate in an eight-week project.  Participants discovered how the symptoms of compassion fatigue impacted their spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological well-being. For effective faith formation, Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs) are a primary means of formative activity.  To respond to ministerial needs within the INdonesian context, this thesis proposes a program of adult faith formation for BECs.  The 'program' refers to the praxis of process of developing faith formation based on contextual needs. This model is based on an exposition of 9 selected Old Testament scriptural texts, in which Moses faced conflict when leading the sons of Israel in the wilderness, using historical-grammatical analysis to determine each passage's meaning. The research revealed a distinct pattern of Moses's response to conflict and universal principles. Quantitative analysis of communication courses from 59 seminaries found 569 persuasion based preaching and evangelism courses and only 14 interpersonal communication courses.  Using six established interpersonal Communication Competencies and the Narrative Paradigm of Walter Fisher, the Prologue, and dialogues of Jesus in Chapters 9, 13 and 21 of the Gospel of John were analyzed. Interpersonal Competence and Narrative Coherence and Fidelity were established.
