The project director approached the project utilizing a Strategy Planning Model. With the support of a strategy planning team, an evangelistic outreach strategy emerged for the purpose of reaching unchurched senior adults in Pinellas County, Florida. The strategy planning team met once a week for four weeks. The strategy planning team examined the research made available for the purpose of developing a comprehensive strategy for the association. The project director assisted the strategy planning team in understanding the basic components of a strategy. He also guided the strategy planning team in completing a workable strategy for the association. Specific questions sought to ascertain the influence of Micah 6:8 in one's personal faith, civic understanding, and personal relationships. The purpose of the project is to explore how scripture passages become integrated into the life of persons beyond their involvement in a particular organizational context; in other words, how scriptural passages move from theory to practical application in everyday living. The author's research included a wide variety of sources from both the past and the present. It also included personal interviews, and evaluations of culture and church trends. To achieve the goals for this project, the project director utilized an equipping model. The first phase of the project involved researching many different resources in the field of discipleship, disciple-making, and spiritual disciplines. The project director utilized these resources to produce the lessons used to equip the selected group. The second phase was to develop lesson plans to teach in a seminar format. The final phase of the project involved implementing the seminar for the training of the selected group. The seminar consisted of an introduction session, ten lessons during five sessions, and a concluding session. The seminar was conducted on five Sunday evenings. This report is a grounded theory research project that brings together data from surveys of 329 members of the Christian Community Development Association as well as interviews with 15 CCDA practitioners in Atlanta. This project included a quantitative paired-sample survey to evaluate the research data. Data analysis determined if a significant relationship existed which supported the hypothesis that implementation of a complexity leadership protocol could increase involvement of millennials as measured by beliefs, attitudes, and experiences. The literature review explored marital issues seen in diverse cultures, marital issues seen in Chinese-populated countries outside the United States (US), the current state and future of Christian marriages, and the biblical-theological-psychological basis of the study. Through implementation and translating MarriageCore to Chinese, the results showed that couples benefited from participating and improved their marital relationship and also grew mutually in spirit. The author of this paper argues that preaching can be a catalyst for moving a congregation from fear to joy. Preachers have the opportunity to proclaim the Word of God so that through the power of the Holy Spirit transformation occurs and faith is deepened. Recognizing the inevitability of conflict, it is essential for Christians to navigate through conflict in a biblical manner. This project researched the field of conflict management and identified biblical passages that enabled the project director to develop a curriculum for the purpose of training the deacons. The deacons are eleven men, chosen by the congregation for the purpose of protecting unity and ministering the needs of the church body. The deacons participated in seven hours of training that led them to develop a biblical perspective and approach to managing conflict. This training included a variety of teaching techniques and evaluations.
