The author examines the biblical foundation according to Matthew 29:19-20, and connects it with the Sermon on the Mount to find the way of shepherding them to become true disciples after their baptism. Based on the Sermon on the Mount, the author sets a strategy and writes a curriculum to teach new immigrants to observe the Lord's commandment and to fulfill the Great Commission. This material should meet the need of and help the growth of their Christian faith, become a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven and be the salt and the light of the world. Participants in the podcast project were members of the writer's own parish. The podcasts were specifically produced in relationship to homilies delivered in the local parish church. The project utilized a qualitative method of study taking weekly written survey reactions from participants and face-to-face exit interviews at the project conclusion. Participants were very positive toward the experience and found it enriching.
