Group discernment meetings analyzed the content of the interviews, and created a Welcome: Connect team for Sunday morning services. At Trinity Church (Aurora, Ontario, Canada), as with most Anglican churches, spiritual formation has been through corporate worship and private devotions. Laity do not tend to speak about the spiritual experience and consequently can lack confidence in spiritual leadership. So long life is not a blessing any more. Rather it becomes a cause of suffering to a lot of the aged. In this sense, aging is not received positively. Among various problems in aging society, this thesis dealt with how to overcome the aged's alienation which was brought about by the loss of their roles in society and even in the church. And this thesis conducted a project to help them to recover their self confidence. This project conducted by recruiting 20 people among the aged who participated in the seminar for the aged, 'Beautiful Life.' They were composed of 10 men and 10 women. The project was planed of the service education for four weeks and the service practice for two weeks. And to see how they changed between before and after the project, this thesis surveyed them by several questions. Analyzing the survey, we could find that service was a good way to overcome the aged's alienation by the loss of their roles. C. Overlays of comparisons and contrasts with Jesus' command to remember his life, death, and second coming in the form of Communion and the Resurrection are shown as meeting place at the Cross. From the readings and documents, readers will gain a sense of the relevancy of Friendship to the community, city, and world. These glimpses are a means of passing along the history and future hopes to both the young and the seasoned members of the church. Bridging the gap between these established organizations requires assessment, education, and establishment of a means of inter-organization communication. This project's convergent parallel mixed method of research utilized a survey to assess organizations perceptions and group discussion to assess, educate, and initiate cross-communication. Barrier and facilitating factors were identified by combining themes from literature review and interviews of a convenience sample of 20 people from the population. From these factors, a survey was designed and disseminated. Data from the 89 respondents was analyzed by the researcher and Power to Change staff. A group study resource was developed focusing on one facilitating factor, 'take the initiative,' and it was pilot tested with a small group. The impact of this small project was assessed by interviewing the participants of a small group. This research project helped identify an inventory of what helps or hinders students connected to Power to Change to share the gospel with others. The study utilizes autoethnography, literature reviews, and both qualitative and quantitative research to identify five core competencies that are necessary for young clergywomen of color to thrive: self-awareness, strategic thinking, leadership, balance, and cultivating relationships.
