The purpose was to improve my cross-cultural itinerant ministry in the three areas of preparing for, administering, and sustaining an itinerant ministry. Using action research, data was collected from interviews with twelve experienced itinerant ministers and mined to derive their best practices. As the research subject, I then applied these identified practices to my itinerant ministry. As a faculty member of this college, the purpose of this study was to develop my understanding of holistic education, working in collaboration with faculty and students at Providence University College and faculty at a select group of sister schools outside of Providence. This study involved interviewing sixteen Christian higher education faculty members and conducting seven focus groups involving the student leadership and faculty of Providence University College and Seminary. Each strategy has its benefits and losses, but all strategies must lead to the pinnacle of hearing God's word. This research will investigate the benefits for the church congregation at Highland Baptist Tabernacle of strategic, long-term sermon planning through the Book of Hebrews. The motivation behind the research is to determine whether strategic, long-term sermon planning benefits this local church congregation in the areas of biblical understanding, spiritual conviction, and Christian living. If this strategy for sermon planning is highly beneficial, it could be likened to that of a strenuous climb up the mountain-difficult but well worth the effort. I accomplished this based on my own experiences of healing prayer and counseling and the research I did. The resource was then evaluated by a panel of ten experienced healing experts to determine how well the resource met its stated nine goals. The purpose of this study was to explore how Christians apply sermons in the workplace. This study was a qualitative study, employing a semi-structured interview protocol with eight individuals employed in a variety of profession. Data was analyzed using the constant-comparative method.
