By writing in the form of a pastoral essay, I examine the privacy issues that exist in common church practices. I then look specifically at the Prayers of the People as they have been developing in the Evangelical and Reformed tradition of the United Church of Christ to highlight the growing need to have worship leaders and planners examine their Prayers of the People to see if there are privacy issues present in their worship. I seek to highlight the very real possible damages that can be caused through the unauthorized giving out of personal information in many of these prayers, while also pointing out the possible qualities of that prayer time that can be lost in an attempt to completely safeguard the privacy rights of all who are involved. I then suggest steps that can be taken to preserve public sharing during the Prayers of the People while simultaneously attempting to respect people's right to privacy. Attention is given to the attitudes of parishioners regarding their willingness to participate in counseling.  The research demonstrates a definite concern for privacy and anonymity for most members.  The clients of the center are also surveyed.  The factors of location, privacy, pastoral counselor, cost and referral are rated by their importance in the client's decision to seek counseling at this center.  The responses of church members, unchurched persons, church leaders and non-leaders are compared and contrasted. Pero no son los únicos, también ha desatado una incertidumbre generalizada para los que ofrecen sus servicios legales en el manejo de los procesos para formalizar su documentación.La iglesia cristiana no es la excepción dentro de esa complejidad. Como tal, por su misión esencial hacia el prójimo, por encima de cualquier tendencia política, está llamada a mostrar el corazón de Dios hacia el inmigrante en maneras concretas. Para encaminar a la iglesia en su desafío hacia una pastoral integral a favor del inmigrante, se investigarán los factores que contribuyen a lograrla. Los instrumentos que facilitarán la investigación serán encuestas y estudios de casos. Lo anterior permitirá recabar la información de lo que se hace actualmente, y determinará también lo que podría hacerse en la amplitud que se desprende a partir de lo que la Biblia propone.Al término de la investigación se ofrecerán 3 factores indispensables para que la iglesia cumpla con su misión pastoral de manera integral en un contexto multicultural. The data suggests partnerships between churches and schools improve outcomes for African-American male students. The methodology used was the Proactive Research Method which pro-actively worked toward a transformation of their behavior as noted thorugh qualitative data. It was found that by utilizing several techniques addressed in this project their quality of life was improved as a result of 'spiritual' education and positive 'spiritual' practices. In order to achieve this objective, the project leader enlisted nine people for training as a part of the project. The director preached eight sermons on various aspects of prayer and developed materials for eight sessions of instruction for nine people who composed the small group. These sermons and materials for the appendices. These nine people have become the catalysts for the implementation of an intercessory prayer ministry which was launched on June 5, 2005. The first goal is to understand the nature and discern the basic principles of intercessory prayer within the teachings of Jesus. Second is to develop an intercessory prayer ministry at the Lafayette Korean Baptist Church. The project leader's method for the implementation of these goals is to select a group of nine people and teach them the foundational elements on prayer that are found in the teachings of Jesus and to offer pragmatic opportunities to pray. This project will last for eight weeks. The final goal is to equip this core group for leadership responsibilities in launching a perennial intercessory ministry in their church.
