Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to equip a selected group of active church members for ministry with inactive resident members of First Baptist Church, Red Springs, North Carolina through developing an equipping module. The project included enlisting twelve facilitators for the inactive member visitation team. The training encompassed four sessions taught in a single day. The workship lasted five hours and the training module and the facilitators' growth were evaluated. Several types of evaluation were used including: expert evaluation, survey, post test, and pastoral reflection. The project was determined to be a success.
