The rationale for In His Hands: A Review of the Perceptions of Members of Gulf Beach Baptist Church, Panama City Beach, Florida towards the Church's Mission and the Development of a Program to Address These Perceptions was to develop a leadership team charged with the goal of developing and implementing programs to enable the full realization of the mission of Gulf Beach Baptist Church.
