- The purpose of the project is to create new leadership by training the Church Council of Highlands Baptist Church to identify and enlist potential leaders within their respective ministries and to develop a strategy of equipping them for future leadership postitions. The components of the program include: training in basic leadership principles, the identification and selection of biblical leaders, delegation of responsibilities, and the setting of goals and objecties, developing and initiating a strategy of leadership reproduction, and equipping and mentoring potential leaders to carry out the strategy. The project leader will utlize the equipping model.
