The project considers the theological and biblical perspective which shapes teaching about spiritual gifts. If believers are able to increase their knowledge and understanding of the spiritual gifts they possess their identity as Christians will be strengthened and local parish ministry will be enhanced. Research involves a sample and a control group. For evaluative purposes the project is divided into four categories: 1) pre-test; 2) post-test; 3) six-week post-test; and 4) personal assessment telephone interviews. The evaluation and comparison of the results of pre-test, post-test, and six-week post-test shows significant results.
