Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to lead a team in formulating a discipleship philosophy and strategy that would result in the development of a customized plan for discipling believing adults at First Baptist Church of Winslow, AZ. The author researched 'discipleship' to give a biblical foundation for the project. The author researched 'how churches change' so that the project could be effectively utilized within the ministry setting. The result was a new vision for discipleship, a new structure for discipling adults, and a two-year ministry plan in response to a congregational survey of discipling needs.
