Abstract
  • This project was designed to address the need for a team-based, church planting ministry model for the International Mission Board, Eastern South America (ESA). The project focused specifically upon the implementation and training phase of the larger team-based ministry plan. The duration of this project was approximately eighteen months. The principal objective was to train ESA regional leadership in the basic principles of team-based ministry. The long-term goal is to train and equip every regional missionary, Baptist partner, and other great commission Christians with whom ESA personnel regularly work in the basic strategies of team management and in the apostolic, team-based methodologies of indigenous church planting.
