Abstract
  • This project provided a process by which church members were encouraged to become involved in identifying the needs of the church, prioritizing those needs, and presenting those needs to the church for action. The result of this project of teamwork was that seven priority needs were identified and the church voted to move forward to form new teams to plan strategies to address these seven priority needs. The project also provided evaluation of the project director for appropriate leadership responses during the project implementation.
