Abstract
  • This project examines Pauline motivational characteristics in the New Testament letters of Paul--focusing on ethos, logos, and pathos--in order to apply them to local Chinese congregations in North America, especially in respect to church unity, evangelism, and aviodance of legalism. The project studies changes in value systems of believers and in internal disunity resulting from Pauline motivational teaching in a local Chinese church.
