Abstract
  • Stewardship is a response to the incarnate Christ and his saving act on the cross and in the resurrection. The author, through studies of Luke and the Benefactor, Luther's economics, and a survey of contemporary theologians, places this response in the child/father relationship of God and his children. Finally, the author gives this response a direction through a systematic and carefully programmed stewardship ministry entitled Our Daily Bread.
