Abstract
  • This project proposes that mentoring of young married couples by older couples married 10 years or more will increase marital satisfaction for both groups. Couples participate in the Christian PREP enrichment program and a facilitated mentoring process. Data from the Marital Satisfaction Inventory prove insufficient to validate the thesis, but interviews, journals, and videotapes indicate that couple-to-couple mentoring has good potential to improve marital satisfaction for both groups of couples.
